Client Relationship Manager
- You will be primarily accountable for managing the relationship with all corporates and other account's point of contacts where Sprink is a food partner.
Here are the main responsibilities :
- Work with senior management team to provide a superior level of service across all aspects of the client experience
- Communicating key client requirements/service levels internally and helping Operations to manage client expectations if required
- Coordinate client satisfaction surveys (voice of the client)
- Managing Client escalated issues and working on action items after performing root-cause analysis of the issues raised
- Coordinating the invoicing process as per the monthly billing cycle of each client
- Acting as an escalation point and liaising across the divisions to coordinate resolution of client queries
Other Criteria :
- Laptop is must
- Well versed with Excel
- Excellent communication skills required
- You need to visit clients daily so having own vehicle is must
