Petoo - Customer Support Role (1-3 yrs)
1. Maintain Customer focus at all times and respond to customer queries using the best practice guidelines
2. Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible
3. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution
4. Ensure all customers queries are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate, to the Team Manager
5. Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding the products and services
6. Interact with customers by phone, e-mail or online chat concerning various care issues
7. Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics
8. Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities
9. Should be a good Team Player
10. Two wheeler will be an added advantage
11. Should be willing to work during weekends
