Petoo - Corporate Sales/Key Accounts Management Role (3-10 yrs)
You will be primarily accountable for managing the relationship with all corporates and other account's point of contacts where Sprink is food partner.
Here are the main responsibilities :
- Work with senior management team to provide a superior level of service across all aspects of the client experience, including management of client inquiries, ad hoc issue resolution, coordination and negotiation of customized client requirements, and management of client meetings
- Analysing client metrics to identify opportunities to improve the overall service from both SPRINK and client perspective
- Communicating key client requirements/service levels internally and helping Operations to manage client expectations if required
- Co-ordinate client satisfaction surveys (- voice of the client- )
- Managing Client escalated issues and working on action items after performing root-cause analysis of the issues raised
- Coordinating the invoicing process as per the monthly billing cycle of each client
- Acting as an escalation point and liaising across the divisions to coordinate resolution of client queries
Other Criteria :
- Laptop is must
- Well versed with Excel
- Knowing Kannada is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills required
