Petmojo - Executive - Telesales (2-5 yrs)
Role & responsibilities:
- Contacting potential and existing customers through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Pitching our exceptional services and securing sales transactions.
- Handling customer inquiries, questions, and resolving any issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Building and maintaining a robust CRM database.
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 2-3 years of direct sales experience (B2C).
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bonus: Empathy and a genuine love for animals.
- Bachelor's or unmarried.
