We are looking for a Sales Associate to boost Admissions at Pesto and solve the problems associated with getting the right people.
About the Role :
- Find ways to create and manage the admissions funnel.
- Go through applications and sort out relevant candidates.
- Evaluate soft skills test of candidates and score their profiles to line up interviews.
- Take interviews to understand their story and technical knowledge.
- Consider technical skills and cultural fitment to decide the way forward.
- Match numbers with our ambitions.
- Create and manage the budget required to reach candidates.
- Come up with creative brute force hacks when we're firefighting.
