Job Summary:
As a Personal Banker, you will provide personalized banking services to customers, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions that fit each customer's unique needs while promoting the bank's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Open new accounts, including checking, savings, and investment accounts, while ensuring compliance with banking policies.
- Actively promote various bank products such as loans, credit cards, and investment options to meet customers' financial objectives.
- Provide tailored financial advice based on individual customer needs, goals, and circumstances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their ongoing financial needs are met.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends to provide accurate information and advice.
