Grade: Deputy Manager
Job Title: Personal Banker
Is responsible for Classic portfolio management by acquisition of new Classic customers and enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customers. Acquiring family accounts and deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) Portfolio Management, Acquisition of Classic & Family Accounts.
2) Cross-sell & up sell HDFC Bank & 3rd party products i.e., LI/HI/GI/FD/MF/Loans/Demat/ Investments & Cards.
3) Generate & close leads through Walk-in, Portfolio, Referrals, internet mining, market mapping, social & professional networking.
4) Ensure quality customer service is delivered, resolve all complaints received within the stipulated TAT- s
5) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance of the HDFC Bank.
Branches Vacant: 50, Delhi.
Eligibility:
1. Qualification: Graduation is must.
2. Experience: 2 to 5 years. (BFSI & NBFC Only)
3. Age: up to 32 years.
4. Should be from Banking, Insurance & NBFC domain only.
