Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the application process and deliver product under planned timelines
- Deliver high customer satisfaction through the entire process
- Manage customer communications and follow problems through to resolution
- Prepare the customer application docket for the risk team according to the applicant's eligibility
- Keep logs of customer interactions to improve product and processes
- Create a schedule of all tasks and ensure everything is completed on target
- Give feedback to the product and risk team to refine the processes
Requirements :
- Minimum two years experience working in a customer service or customer facing role.
- Experience in the finance or fintech space is a plus, but it's not necessary.
