Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability goals.

- Analyze market trends and competitive conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

- Collaborate with senior management to set long-term objectives and plans.

- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.

- Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and departments.

- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

- Evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Address client concerns and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

- Prepare regular reports on business performance, including key metrics and KPIs.

- Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive business improvements.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.

- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in business software and tools (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
