Performance Marketing Specialist - eCommerce (2-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- End-to-end media planning & execution on Meta, Google Platforms (GDN, SEM, & YouTube), and other social media channels (which includes awareness, traffic, revenue generation campaigns)
- Ownership of the brand's digital growth strategy for its D2C website to increase ROI
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI)
- Analyzing data on ad spends, revenue, and user/customer behavior with the help of tools like Google Analytics.
- Recommend and execute experiments to improve learnings across marketing creatives and communication.
- Should understand what kind of creatives and copies work for best conversions
- Should have proven experience in setting up and using custom/lookalike audience
- Coming up with automations
- Line management responsibility for the digital marketing operations teams covering paid media.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Preferred experience in Ecommerce Industry
- Has previously handled a monthly budget of minimum 2 lacs.
- A good understanding of the principles and working of paid ads
- Ideally experienced in D2C environments
- A creative mindset, contributing new ideas and able to interpret situations to overcome challenges
- A dynamic candidate who does not hesitate to take up new challenges
Skills :
- Facebook ad network & Google Ad network basic knowledge
- Google Analytics basic knowledge
- Dealing with policy violation
- Ability to manage multiple brands
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
