Job Summary:
We're looking to hire an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for Menswear and a proven track record in Driving Growth, Brand Awareness, and Customer Acquisition for D2C Menswear Brands. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads) within the e-Commerce space, with a data-driven mindset to help grow PERCH.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and marketplace ads (on Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, etc.).
2. Performance Analysis: Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations based on data to continuously optimize campaigns.
3. Reporting: Create and present regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and delivering strategic recommendations for optimization.
4. Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI and exceed performance targets, with a focus on efficiency and cost-effective strategies.
5. Trend Identification: Monitor social media trends and apply them to enhance campaign relevance, engagement, and performance.
6. Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content, including reels and other formats that drive higher Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
7. Brand Initiatives: Contribute to broader social media and brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement across all platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Experience: Proven experience managing a digital marketing budget of - 10 Cr. Per Annum across platforms like Meta, Google, and other e-Commerce marketplaces (Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.).
2. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed, data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and attribution modeling.
3. Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
4. Creative Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop for basic editing and creative input.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Multi-tasking: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and business objectives.
