One of our client s leading Fintech company which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company working in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space. It is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc to name a few.

The company has grown more than 150% on year-on-year basis for last 3 years.

ABOUT THE ROLE :
- Performance Marketing is a critical role within the Growth team as you are responsible for creating and delivering the campaigns that inform our direction across many parts of the business.
- As a data driven organisation we harness testing and optimisation to inform everything from user interface design to product features and the performance of your campaigns helps steer our thinking, as well as being a foundation to our core business performance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :
Responsibilities :
- Create pre-set target-based amount of content resources each month to drive traffic, leads, revenue, subscribers, and awareness
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals - general and keyword specific
- Perform keyword research in coordination with company's business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
- Create, deliver and support marketing content and its distribution and monetization
- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
- Work closely with the other team members, including design, content, communications, and publishing to meet organizational goals
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with website's SEO goals
- Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance organization's goals
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
Requirements :
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Content Marketing, Search Engine Optimization & Search Engine Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google
- Analytics as well as other internal reporting methods
-Experience working with popular keyword and web administration tools (Search Console, Ahrefs etc)
- Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments
Desired :
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administrations
- Passion for SEO and web content strategy and marketing
- Excellent language and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Have a data-driven approach to make informed decisions while optimising campaigns and improving effectiveness in all paid media channels
- Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting
- Working with legal & copywriting for getting creative & promotional assets done / approved
- Ensuring proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimisation
- Working with the central marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages.
-You will manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI
WHAT YOU'LL NEE
3-6 years of business experience in digital or performance marketing in a high-growth startup environment;
In depth knowledge of performance campaign execution with special focus on: programmatic platforms such as Google ecosystem and Facebook ecosystem, Affiliate networks and SEO with proven track record of successfully executed campaigns
-Very good understanding of digital data analytics.
