Performance Marketing Role - Skincare & Homecare (2-4 yrs)
- Our client is a manufacturer of high quality skincare and homecare products. Our client is involved in manufacturing formulations, providing our customers with market specific solutions packaging and distribution as well as worldwide customer support.
The Job :
Responsibilities :
- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Amazon, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze competition, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance Amazon advertising strategies.
- Manage and monitor Amazon Advertising accounts, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently and campaigns are delivering optimal results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, including product launches, promotions, and inventory management.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and improve ad creatives, targeting strategies, and other campaign elements.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights, identifying areas for improvement and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Stay abreast of Amazon's advertising platform updates and leverage new features to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on Amazon advertising.
- Proficient in using Amazon Advertising Console, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance marketing goals.
Preferred Skills :
- Amazon Advertising Certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional digital marketing channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) is advantageous.
