Key Responsibilities :
- Drive online purchases through paid channels (Facebook, Google ads) while maintaining a healthy RoAS.
- Conduct experiments to enhance conversion rates by refining campaign targeting, landing page experience, special offers, and messaging.
- Manage organic channels like SEO and email marketing to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide valuable insights and analytical reports to monitor our marketing efforts.
- Develop strategies, set budgets, and execute campaigns efficiently and effectively.
Who We are Looking For :
We need someone with :
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing.
- Expertise in managing multiple paid campaigns across Facebook, Google, and marketplaces.
- Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Analytical mindset to drive data-backed decisions.
- Bonus points for experience with D2C brands, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
