Performance Marketing Role - Fashion (3-5 yrs)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive growth for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels to maximize ROI, enhance customer acquisition, and boost brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Develop ad creatives and content in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Ensure timely launch and delivery of campaigns to meet marketing objectives.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Use data to continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
Budget Management:
- Allocate budgets effectively to maximize returns.
- Track spending and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
Strategy Development:
- Design and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to the D2C model.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Optimization & Testing:
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and eliminate underperforming campaigns while scaling successful ones.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
Customer Acquisition & Retention:
- Focus on acquiring high-quality leads and converting them into loyal customers.
- Use retargeting strategies to nurture and re-engage past customers.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising (preferably in a D2C environment).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau or Power BI).
- Familiarity with SEO and email marketing as complementary channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation skills to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to create engaging and effective ad content.
