Performance Marketing Role - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Understanding the marketing objectives, communication to be driven in ads and positioning from the brand
- Understanding from the portal category/advertising managers about the category trend, key competitors, competitor's estimated marketing spends etc.
- Researching on marketing activities of competitors and their organic rankings
- Strategy and Media planning for Amazon & Flipkart based on brand objectives on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and managing the marketing spends.
- Formulating and executing the entire e-commerce marketing strategy, tracking relevant KPIs to measure campaign success and share updates with the clients.
- Strategizing all CPC and CPM campaigns i.e. planning campaign structure, deciding the right target audience, communication on the banners, etc.
- Guiding the team on the optimization techniques to get optimum results (CTR, CR, ACoS, ROI)
- Providing weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the clients with performance analysis
- Relaying insights as to what are the challenges and drivers of growth and with the help of PPC experts and ORM executives reporting to them.
- Analyzing the existing digital marketing capabilities and suggesting relevant solutions to improve performance in a cost-effective manner.
- Coordinating with creative, content, listing, and sales team to get the optimum performance of the marketing campaigns.
- Strategizing, creating, and tracking the performance of various ORM activities such as Email marketing, sentiment analysis (to be done with an ORM Executive)
- Managing a team of executives in the Digital Marketing function as per the requirement
- Working in a Cross-functional team to curate relevant service lines, as well as onboard new clients
- Creating presentations in order to pitch to new clients and providing marketing reviews to the existing clients.
Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI, ACOS.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
