As a Performance Marketing- Digital, you will be developing and implementing search marketing strategy across search engines
What you will do:
- Managing, aligning and executing the implementation of SEO strategy, content strategy
- Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns across search engines
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns across search engines
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing all digital marketing interventions across all platforms
- Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
- Submitting weekly, fortnightly and monthly tracking/KPI reports for all platforms and interventions
- Optimizing to improve the website visitor experience to maximize revenue conversion, minimize page abandonment, increase page view, increase visitor dwell time spent on the site, increase click-through rates (CTR) in search engine results pages (SERPS)
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
Researching and implementing search engine optimization recommendations
Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links, strategies, campaigns, etc.
Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on the previous/newly developed code
Responsible for SEO content programming and preparing SEO driven content
Recommending tools and changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Reverse engineer competitors' websites to determine strengths and weaknesses, audience share, compare back-links, etc.
Proficiently generating and producing new content, proofread, edit content, etc.
Broadcasting and promoting efficient content in digital marketing channels, video portals, emailers, display advertising, press releases, etc.
Developing strong calls to action with a focus on user acquisition and revenue generation
Keeping pace with SEO, search engine and internet marketing industry trends and development
Developing and implementing link building campaigns
Developing, managing and executing communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with business goals.
Monitoring and evaluating search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
Researching and administering social media tools in support of our social media strategy
Monitoring and evaluating web analytics dashboards and reports in order to track and refine our search marketing strategies across all platforms
Responsible for budget management and overall target achievement across defined product line; formulate and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and sales volume
Expanding product reach and adoption through appropriate channel strategy; drive sales through distribution expansion and adding new channels for product sales
Developing and liaisoning with Channel Partners/Distribution points with a view to expanding the target market within the approved segment; implement the go-to-market strategy for channels field-level engagement
Creating compelling profit objectives and maximize cross-selling opportunities by keeping up-to-date with the new product developments and enhancements - this includes conducting revenue analysis of current business partners of the channel.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
At Least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and SEO Strategy
Experience in Off-Page optimization is a must.
Overall an all-rounder experience in Digital Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to identify and resolve problems
Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks.
Proficient computer skills,
Experience: 5 to 6 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 7,00,000 to 8,00,000
