Performance Marketing Role (1-5 yrs)
Albatronix Consulting is hiring Performance Marketing Specialist for one of its clients.
About the company:
The company is based in Bangalore and is successfully running an interior design agency.
About the Role:
- Create paid ad strategies along with the marketing head. This will involve planning the distribution of funds between platforms and the different types of ads to be run.
- Monitor ads and tweak as necessary.
- Take ownership of lead generation via paid ads. Work with the presales and sales teams to ensure -there's an adequate flow of leads.
- Work with the content, graphic, and video teams to create ad assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Diligently track efforts and results to create reports and inferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all paid marketing and lead generation.
- The client has two brands in different verticals; one is service-based and the other is retail (e-commerce and offline). Knowledge of both is a must.
- Create ad strategies and implement them.
- Expertise in these platforms is a must: Meta (business manager), Google Ads, Google My Business, Quora Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Merchant Center (and other similar platforms).
Analytics : Data tracking for ads (on the platform, the website, and social media handles) will be the responsibility of this person. Complete data tracking and analytics. (preferable ad and organic, all analytics).
Lead generation : will be accountable for meeting lead generation targets via paid strategies and for paid ad spends and ROI
Technical optimization : make technical recommendations to developers in order to improve ad results.
- Regular competitor analysis and research. He/she should be able to understand the market and define our audience.
- Some level of creativity is needed, as they have to guide the content and graphic/video teams and get assets that suit the ad strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Experience in conducting A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaign performance
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
