As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for improving CTR for organic and inorganic conversion.
The other responsibilities include:
- Streamlining and scaling the acquisition and conversion funnels by using A/B testing and Analytics in order to generate quality inbound leads, QA using Google Analytics
- Setting up, QA and running usability tests
- Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights
- Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests
- Leading the delivery of website behavioral analysis, including performance trends, click stream activity and overall recommendations for optimizing the online customer experience
- Understanding multi-step conversions, ROI, CAC, and CLV
- Working across the acquisition stack (SEM, SEO, ASO, offline conversions)
- Executing viral retention strategies with Email marketing and Push notifications
- Optimizing CPC and CPM with targeted marketing campaigns
- Managing the redesign of the company website
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable experience of 2+ years in similar profile
- Innate interest in learning about customers behavior through both numbers and qualitative data
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Decent Excel skills/know how to do pivot tables, VLookup etc.
- Possess knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS
- Sufficient graphic editing skills to be able to modify graphics to create test variations
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
