Performance Marketing Expert (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly motivated Performance Marketing Expert to lead and execute our paid marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a strong focus on driving conversions, optimizing for ROAS, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development : Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including search, display, social, and affiliate marketing.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Budget Management : Allocate, monitor, and optimize marketing spend to ensure efficient use of the budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI) and achieving performance targets.
- A/B Testing : Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis : Analyze performance data and create reports to track campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimizations.
- SEO Collaboration : Work closely with SEO teams to align paid and organic search strategies, ensuring holistic growth in online traffic and conversions.
- Audience Targeting : Leverage data to refine audience segmentation, improve targeting, and tailor campaigns to reach the right users at the right time.
- Conversion Optimization : Monitor and optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve user experience, increase conversions, and reduce bounce rates.
- Tools & Platforms : Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.) to ensure cutting-edge strategies and execution.
- Collaborative Reporting : Work with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure measurable outcomes.
Key Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other advertising platforms.
- Proficient in using tools such as Excel, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), or similar analytics platforms to analyze data.
- Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze and interpret data, make decisions based on insights, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Project Management : Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Creative Thinker : Experience in developing innovative campaign strategies and performance-boosting ideas.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights and strategies to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce environment.
