Job Description
- Min. 3+ years of experience in performance marketing primarily with D2C brands or in an agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign measurement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Have managed budgets above 5 lacs.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles and Responsiblities
1. Manage and optimise client performance marketing campaigns across social & Search channels.
2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and develop data-driven strategies.
3. Analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
4. Communicate campaign results effectively to clients clearly and concisely.
5. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and integrate the learnings for campaign scaling and optimization.
6. Manage 5 clients on both Search & Social platforms with an average Ad spend of 3-5lacs.
7. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting
