Performance Marketer - Executive Search Firm (5-8 yrs)
Performance Marketer
- You will be responsible for driving growth in New Customer Acquisition through a digital medium. It would involve operating lead generation campaigns across channels (ex-Google, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Discovery, Programmatic etc.) to achieve targeted ROAS and drive online registration on website & App. You are result-driven and excited about growing the market share of Erekrut.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition through the digital medium
- Strong hold on creating & implementing Search, Shopping, Video, and App Install campaigns and building data-driven strategies to deliver consistent growth.
- Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns and analyze Clicks and Conversion data, Ad expenses, and ROI.
- In-depth knowledge & understanding of e-commerce marketing (including shopping Ads- paid subscription)
- Create and operate optimized performance marketing campaigns across channels to generate qualified leads within the budgeted cost per qualified lead.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of performance parameters
Skill Sets / Requirements :
- Interpersonal skills
- Experience in creating & implementing Search, Shopping, Video, and App Install campaigns
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and attribution modelling, including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables.
