Performance/Digital Marketing Role - Media Firm (3-7 yrs)
Key responsibilities and accountabilities :
- Developing Digital marketing strategy and road map for TV9 brands and managing the digital marketing budget.
- Ensuring cross-channel growth delivery as per the CPL/CPC/CPV/CPM/CPCV/CPE
- Hands on experience on Google Adwords/Market places/ Analytics etc.
- Reporting brand performance and insights to Executive management and respective stakeholders and brand owners.
- Review and selection of new technologies and tools.
- Recruiting, training and building a high performing sustainable team.
- Developing a knowledge bank to retain knowledge within the company & develop handbook to support onboarding and training.
- Establishing relationship with the brand owners to ensure collaboration with digital teams, sharing technologies and developing new systems as required.
- Leveraging other group services where relevant and developing relationships with other shared services.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive approach and maximization of ROI.
- Work with partner agencies globally to brief and determine digital campaign strategies.
- Work closely with analytics team to define and generate brand reports.
Knowledge/Skills :
- In depth knowledge of digital marketing industry
- Hands on experience in digital channels : PPC, SEO,Affiliate, SMM & Display.
- A natural leader and inspiring manager.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent and influential in verbal and written communication
- The ability to work as an independent decision maker, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
