Performance/ Digital Marketing

- Vibe Projects is looking for a talented Performance Marketer to join our growing publishing and events team. In this role, you will be working closely with our business strategy and design teams to define and execute on data-driven marketing strategies.

- You will be responsible for setting campaign goals, developing, executing go-to-market strategies, driving ongoing campaign optimization through analysis.

- You will work on strategic initiatives, but also be involved in day-to-day activities, making key decisions on website design, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design overall marketing campaigns, including overall strategy and design, day-today management, execution, analysis, and ongoing optimization

- Set-up, monitor, manage and optimize paid search activity

- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid,organic & own media channels

- Collaborate with design and editorial teams to produce high quality content

- Perform A/B testing of key marketing materials and strategies in order to drive ongoing campaign optimization

- Measure and report key findings from campaigns to help inform short and long-term marketing efforts

- Lead day-to-day relationship with external agency partners

- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics

Key Requirements :

- You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- You have 3+ years relevant experience in performance marketing (e.g., data-driven digital marketing, content marketing) ideally in an agency background

- You possess strong marketing skills such as copywriting, branding, SEO, and SEM

- You have experience with Google Analytics / AdWords, and ideally are familiar with other tools such as SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- You are energetic, resourceful, and driven, and have the ownership to thrive in an unstructured environment

- You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
