Performance Advantage Group - Business Consultant - Sales (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven and result oriented sales professional,with experience in corporate/ enterprise sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
The Role:
- To actively create new business and manage client relationships.
- To use his/ her business acumen and PAG's proven solutions to address a wide
range of people, performance and training concerns.

Key Result Areas:
- Lead generation.
- Maintaining activity targets.
- Building and deepening client relationships.
- Building and maintaining database as per PAG's standards.
- Achieving revenue goals while maximizing the available resources.
Pre-requisites/ Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to be an individual contributor.
- Strong business acumen and target orientation.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A graduate/ MBA with relevant experience in selling training solutions to HR, L&D and training community.
