Perfora is a unique and innovative digital-first brand that is disrupting the oral care category. Launched in August 2021, the brand has grown 25 times in scale over the last 12 months. Perfora is building holistic oral care solutions to elevate everyday oral care for Indian consumers.

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Professional who's passionate about growing new-age businesses through D2C channels.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Communicate with affiliate companies and create a content strategy to promote affiliate products

- Creating a structure for tracking the performance of affiliates and new business opportunities for the company and compiling traffic and revenue reports with Google Analytics

- Use SEO tools to do keyword research and find new promotional opportunities.

- Monitoring affiliate activity to ensure that they are complying with policies set by the company

- Negotiating contracts with partners in order to create mutually beneficial business relationships

- Developing an affiliate program strategy that will increase sales while maintaining brand integrity

- Managing affiliate relationships to ensure that they are meeting goals and upholding standards of conduct set by the business

- Communicating with affiliates regarding promotions and new products that may be

of interest to them

- Providing support to affiliates in order to help them promote products effectively through content creation and distribution

- Establishing reporting procedures to measure an affiliate's performance and provide feedback on how they can improve

Experience/skills:

- Prior experience in marketing communication and execution development.

- Exceptional data skills including the ability to extract data in order to inform future campaigns and strong command of web/mobile analytics.

- Experience in the analytic tools (e.g. Excel and Google Analytics).

- Experienced in developing clear action plans to implement and onboard new channels.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate and influence.
