Job Description:
Percivon Technologies is looking for a dynamic Business Development Assistant/Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, and business development, specifically for the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a US shift with flexibility.
Experience: 3 to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the US market.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable business solutions.
- Work extensively for the US region, ensuring high engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong exposure and experience in the International market.
- Prior experience working extensively for the international region is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in industrial automation, design engineering services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
