Percipere - Specialist - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)

About us: Established in 2017 in the UK, Percipere is a fast-growing Premier Process Integrator for ERP and Process re-engineering engagements that works with leading clients in Europe, Americas, Middle East and India. We have ambitious growth targets in APAC market, and this role will play a pivotal role in helping achieve these targets.

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our Intelligent automation, SAP ERP and Process mining solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.

- Qualify leads and assess their potential needs for Percipere offerings.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.

Relationship Building:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business

challenges and how our solutions can address them.

Sales Pipeline Management:

- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress with potential clients.

Market Analysis:

- Stay informed about the geographical market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our services.

Collaboration with Teams:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, consulting, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client solutions.

Qualifications and Expectations:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the Automation, ERP, or IT consulting sector.

- Strong understanding of the Automation market and its applications in business is an advantage.

- 3- 5 years as Inside sales executive targeting Middle East, Africa and Turkey (MENAT) markets

- General understanding of basics of tech stack, IT and automation trends

- Understanding of IT services propositions and typical Client stakeholders

- Ability to work & network with internal stakeholder.

- Willingness to work in ME, Africa and Turkey working hours.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and engaging manner.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools i.e. MS Power Point, Excel and Word

- Experience in using research tools and LinkedIn sales navigator searches.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
