About Us :


We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of digital platforms and a background within the IT industry.

Responsibilities :

- Website Management:

- Ensure the WordPress platform is always up-to-date with the latest versions and updates.

- Regularly update and manage all WordPress plugins to ensure compatibility and functionality.

- Monitor and enhance website security protocols, including regular backups, security audits, and implementing necessary security measures to protect against threats.

- Assist with uploading and updating content as needed to maintain a fresh and engaging website.

- Monitor and optimize website performance, ensuring fast load times and a seamless user experience.

- Oversee and manage the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.

- Optimise website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.

- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve site performance and user experience.

Social Media Management :

- Develop and implement social media strategies across LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Create, schedule, and publish content that resonates with our target audience.

- Monitor social media trends, analyse performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage social media communities.

-Digital Campaigns:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and display advertising.

- Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future campaigns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other digital tools to track performance.

- Provide detailed reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

- Identify trends and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a previous experience of managing websites on Wordpress and social media management.

- Experience within B2B and IT will be a plus

- Proficiency in Wordpress, Elementor and Zoho CRM, SEO, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
