PepsiCo - Manager - Sales (10-12 yrs)
Role : Drive primary revenue /profitability objectives for both foods and Bev as per AOP through execution as per set standards, while building capability for future success
Accountabilities :
- Deliver primary value/revenue targets and reduce stales fg write off so as to improve profitability for Foods and Bev as per AOP.
- Build necessary plans to consistently grow market share for foods and Bev in each category.
- Ensure increase in ND for both foods and bev by addition of new outlets and increase in the number of 5k+ villages billed and 100% utilization of route.
- Driving team to ensure market execution to increase EDGE scores and FSS/SS for both Foods and Bev consistently.
- Deliver Trade Spend productivity through Discount management, Distributor ROI, Cost/Expense control Measures as to ensure TS as a % of GR within the productivity targets set.
- Build capability in front-line team, through coaching and training using work with, one on one.
- Dial engagement and connect initiative and display of ICARE behaviour to reduce attrition of front-line team
- Monitor progress against the monthly plan during weekly commitment meetings and monthly review meeting using 4dx as a measure to drive execution.
