Pepper Content - Manager - Marketing (1-5 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :
- Creating Marketing Strategy, editorial calendars and content for Social Media creatives.
- Experience into the Brand building, Integrated marketing, affiliate marketing, social and digital metrics and analytics, PPC/CPM campaigns, SEO & Google Analytics
- Position Pepper in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved
- Devise digital marketing programs ie. websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
- Email marketing: Manage email communication and drive the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives
- Use effective media mix to drive business KPIs on all major social media
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) through available resources
- Measuring traffic and conversions coming from different content channels and studying engagements around the same.
- Experience with SEO Tools: Google Analytics, SEO Moz, Google Webmaster tool, Bing webmaster tool, Majestic, Link analysis tools, competitor analysis tools, link and keyword research tools
- Execute tactics to drive leads that contribute to sales pipeline growth and revenue
- Keep the blog active and up-to-date with highlights
- Managing an intermediate level of SEO for clients including in-page audits and backlink building.
The ideal candidate must :
- Possess solid knowledge of social media tools
High autonomy: Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of related marketing in-house/agency experience, preferably with experience in content/media industry
- Liaise with the PR agency for effective planning, execution and benchmarking.
- Have excellent verbal, written interpersonal skills
- Be able to multitask and work under strict deadlines and minimal supervision
