Pepper Cloud - Executive - Inside Sales (2-5 yrs)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager preferably someone from technology sales background. You will be responsible for:
- Selling to SE Asia Markets.
- Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, leveraging networks, etc
- Understanding of tools such as LinkedIn, Mailchimp, and CRM to establish and build relationships in order to generate and qualify leads.
- A proven track record in a fast-paced sales environment
- Quota - Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
- Having the ability to share/receive constructive feedback on the quality of leads, expectations, and overall pipeline health
- Using internal CRM, complete and report 50-70 daily outbound activities
- Incentive driven. Willing to adopt a performance-based sales model by tracking critical sales metrics and keeping CRM updated daily.
Qualifications :
- Experience in SAAS selling to SMB/SME.
- 2-3 years inside sales experience, preferably in technology sales
- Excellent command over English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver powerful presentations and product demos.
