People Interactive - Manager - Brand Marketing (2-4 yrs)

What Google is to search, Shaadi.com is to Online Matchmaking. In India, Shaadi.com pretty much defines the category and the Brand Marketing team ensures that this love & recall for the brand only grows with time.
Role :
Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for looking after top-of-funnel business growth & brand development. The role requires extensive collaboration with internal teams (Product, Digital Marketing, Sales) & external partners (Creative & Media Agency). Must have the ability to judge creative work with the lens of efficacy and memorability.
What you will do in this role :
1. Directly drive metrics like Customer Acquisition, Search volumes, SOV, SOE and brand metrics such as Awareness, Consideration & Affinity.
2. Influence metrics like Revenue, Engagement and Retention.
3. Work on new ad campaigns with the creative agency.
4. Work with the media agency to schedule & execute media plans.
5. Evaluate campaign performance at a market/segment level.
6. Discussing new ideas, running pilots & driving growth.
What you should have :
1. At least 2-4 years of Brand Marketing experience in Consumer tech company.
2. Experience in handling NRI market
2. Experience in dealing with Creative & Media Agencies.
3. Experience in executing a 360-degree campaign.
4. Experience in building AOPs & Go-to-Market strategies for new products.
5. Data forward thinking but must have the ability to take qualitative calls based on judgment.
