Pentagon - Manager - Business Development - IT Services (2-6 yrs)
- Responsible for generating new services business for the region, Facility Management Services (IT Engineers, IT Helpdesk- s)
- Finding new opportunities
- Drafting proposals, evaluating pricings (Individual)
- Order finalization.
- Handling Customer Administrative Issues, Escalations & Ensuring Achievement of Customer Satisfaction through committed services.
- Targets oriented & taking necessary action for achieving
- Individually handling Key Accounts
- Interaction with the Principle companies for Commercial, Escalations & Transactions.
- Co-ordination with Technical Team for Implementation
- Pre and Post Sales Technical orientation to customers.
- Meeting Customers & updating on new products & Technologies
- Handling Techno-sales calls, Preparation of Quotation, Negotiation, Finalisation, and Execution till Closure.
- Management Skills is must
- Expertise in Business Development of Service Sales Operations.
- Annual Maintenance contracts (AMC) for all OEM's Servers, Storages, SAN,NAS Boxes, Laptops, Desktops, Printers etc.
