Job Summary :
- To generate leads for our Clients using lead databases
- Use lead sourcing techniques from Social media like Linkedin & Twitter.
- Extensive inside sales and on the job training provided.
- Use of social selling tools like Twitter and Linkedin to generate leads
- CRM software training provided .

Experience : 0 - 3years
Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Lead Generation
- Doing cold calls to generate Leads to complement Sales calling
- Perform Lead generation calls daily
2. Selling
- Use various leads sources provided to generate phone sales
- Follow Sales script for each call
- Document sales/lead in the CRM
- Obtain referrals as part of each sales call
- After-sales a proper on boarding and complete handover of client to client servicing team.
- With service team on delivery to the client and understand and generate options for up sale.
3. Upsales & cross-sell
- Follow up sales and cross-sales script for existing client calls
- Obtain referrals from existing clients
- Maintain sales and cross-sale statistics for every client and category
- Advise customer's feedback/requests to be provided in writing
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Any Graduate
- Excellent in speaking English
- Positive inclination and aggressiveness to close sales on the call.
- Able to talk & sell concept to C Level executives, Founders & HNI, SMEs, Startups, with care and convincing soft-power.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Sales, Inside sales or Sales Orientation
