Reports To VP : Sales & Marketing
HOD : VP - Sales & Marketing
Work Location : Head Office (Mumbai)
Edu. Qualification : Graduate with Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing
Total Exp : 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate industry
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
- Sales of Residential project (All Mumbai Projects)
- Feasibility study
- Price discovery & revision at regular intervals
- Sales strategy & planning
- Maintaining Broker Network
- Maintaining Co-ordial relation with customers
- Product planning
- Develop strategic relationships with channel partners
- Resolve escalations/exceptions on channel partners performance/grievances
- Benefit from channel partners expertise to improve sales and return on marketing investments
- Sales Preparation & Strategy ( Preparation of marketing brief, fact sheets, deposit & other charges, marketing launch plan, marketing research and amenities ).
- Define responsibilities, train and develop Sales team
- Provide recommendations for hiring, promotion and disciplinary action for all subordinates.
- Responsible for career development and succession planning of all subordinates.
- Counsels subordinates in personal and work-related matters.
