PeerXP Services - Executive - Technical Sales (1-2 yrs)
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to join our team. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building long-term customer relationships. Your technical knowledge combined with your exceptional sales skills will enable you to promote and sell our products and solutions effectively.
Responsibilities
1. At least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Sales Operations / Support or Inside Sales role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
2. A proven record for selling complex solutions and services at the "Business Head" and "C" level.
3. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
4. Build network & strong relationships.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive revenue growth.
6. Identify and prospect potential clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.
7. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers to effectively showcase our offerings.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
11. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the senior management team.
12. Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiation.
13. Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and effective solution positioning.
Requirements :
1. Proven track record of at least 6 months to 1 year of successful technical sales experience, preferably in IT Software Industry.
2. Strong understanding of technical software products, solutions, and their applications.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
4. Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
5. Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and goals.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
