PeerXP Services - Executive - Digital Marketing (1-2 yrs)
Introduction :
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), and search engine marketing (SEM). As a vital member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Key responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to optimize website traffic, online presence, and lead generation.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and improve organic search rankings.
3. Optimize website content, structure, and navigation to enhance search engine friendliness and user experience.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush and Search Console.
5. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media channels to maximize ROI.
6. Conduct A/B testing, track campaign performance, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives and overall marketing strategy.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SEO, SMM, and SEM.
Requirements :
1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role with a focus on SEO, SMM, and SEM.
2. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.
3. Proficient in using SEO toolsets (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) to perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and track campaign performance.
4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising campaigns, and analytics.
5. Familiarity with website analytics tools and tracking pixels (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
6. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
10. Certification or training in digital marketing or related fields would be a plus.
