PeerXP - Executive - Business Development (1-2 yrs)
Selected employee's day-to-day responsibilities include :
- Find and handle assigned leads
- Cold-call and persuade/negotiate with prospective clients
- Describe our company's products and services to prospects
- Close the deal and record the details
- Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Support the team in lead generation and lead nurturing activities.
- Collaborate with sales executives to prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Participate in meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance sales processes.
- Adhere to our company's sales policies and procedures
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
Skills & Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Job Types : Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length : 6 months
Schedule : Day shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift
