PeerXP - Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :
1. Find and handle assigned leads
2. Cold-call and persuade/negotiate with prospective clients
3. Describe our company's products and services to prospects
4. Close the deal and record the details
5. Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
6. Support the team in lead generation and lead nurturing activities.
7. Collaborate with sales executives to prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
8. Participate in meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance sales processes.
9. Adhere to our company's sales policies and procedures.
10. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Skills & Requirements :
1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
3. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
4. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
