Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Responsible for Overall Infra Management for the entire city
2. Appoint Distributors as per the company requirements
3. Idenitfy and drive outlet expansion plan for the city
4. Align wholesalers and traders in the region for efficient procuremenct.
5.Drive GMV and assortment in the market in line with company expectations
6. Coach and mentor a team of Area Managers to build efficiencies
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1. ASM in a tier 2 FMCG/Telecom company with good experience in Channel Sales
2. 7-9 years of Senior TSO/TSI experience in a Tier 1 FMCG company
