Expectations from the Account Manager :
- Take complete ownership for creating value for customers as well as for subscribing partners, which are among global Fortune 500 organizations.
- Lead a team of young and passionate professionals to generate insights that contribute to solving business challenges of the industry everyday.
- Contribute to the company's strategy and road-map for the future.
- Ownership of daily operational priorities for managing client expectation and adherence to delivery schedule.
Role requirements :
- FMCG sales experience preferred
- High energy and drive
- Prior people management experience
- Be able to work with ambiguity and in a fast paced environment
- Comfort with data and technology
- Mobility within the country
- Academic brilliance
- Able to challenge status quo and not care much about hierarchy
