Pearl Polymers - Chief Manager - Business Development (10-15 yrs)
1. Earmark enhanced target for industry sales by 15% over last year sales during the current financial year.
2. Identify new clients/ industries in your work area to Increase revenue.
3. Goal setting for the entire team/ their periodic performance review for optimum delivery.
4. Should plan a business strategy to overcome competitor inroads into industry segment.
5. Identify areas for new product launches in the assigned territories in sync with the respective sales team.
6. To analyses and monitor sales achieved vs targets with sales team / regional offices and initiate proactive marketing strategy to generate revenue.
7. To devise/ update Business plans periodically to achieve Business goals of the Company.
7. To evolve training strategy for enhanced output delivery and motivation for the Sales Team.
8. Should keep abreast of Competitor challenges/ strategy thru available RM's/Sales managers.
8. Coordinate with respective Production Heads for adherence to delivery schedules.
10. Ensure time bound sales realization strategy and minimize outstanding.
11. Furnishing related weekly/ monthly MIS for consumption by the Management.
