Roles And Responsibilities :
- Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- Candidate should be Target oriented, and shall be responsible for achieving weekly/monthly sales target.
- Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
- Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- At least 1-3 years of experience required in Tele-Sales, Telemarketer or a similar role in the sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Should be well versed in English and Hindi both.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Hard-working individual.
- Ability to handle pressure.
