Peakmind - Marketing Manager (2-9 yrs)
Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and developing marketing & growth campaigns in various channels
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Planning, strategizing & Executing social media communications for the brand (Both Organic & Paid)
- Creating & managing campaigns on social media generating Organic Leads
- Product Marketing across channels
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies through various promotional activities across the platforms (Email, WhatsApp, SMS etc)
- Compiling the metrics and reports of various campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Writing and Proofreading creative copy
- Nurturing the community groups
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Email campaign executions (End to end)
- Managing Performance Campaigns & Ad ensuring understanding of SEO & Content Strategy
- Cross functional Team collaborations and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Keeping a track of the upcoming events and curate the collaterals for the same
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years' experience in marketing
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Preference for individuals who have led a team
- This role will be WFH. Our headquarters are in Bangalore.
