Peakmind - Manager - Sales (2-7 yrs)
The Role
The Sales Lead role will report into the Leadership Office and will be responsible for connecting our wellness and mental health products and services with relevant corporate and academic environments in B2B and B2C scenarios through effective collaborations and networking with key stakeholders including Human Resources Leaders in these organizations.
The Responsibilities :
- Should be responsible for collaborations with the hiring team to define talent and development needs for their team.
- Design collateral for all our products and services under the guidance of the Chief Research Officer. This involves using market research to create pitches and materials that best reach the target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective campaigns for all the products and services.
- Own key accounts under our umbrella to ensure consistent engagement and enable loyalty scenarios.
- Ensuring they can track communications of team-clients through CRM tools.
- Teaching sales team closing techniques and how to negotiate for the best possible deal.
- Keeping employees motivated through use of compassion and other interpersonal skills.
Who are we looking for?
- 2+ years- experience in sales in e-learning, wellness and employee assistance programs
- 1+ years' experience in leading a team of executives and interns in sales
- Should have an extensive network of corporate and academic leadership connections
- Preference would be individuals who are familiar with Zoho CRM.
This role will be WFH till further notice. Our headquarters are in Bangalore.
