Peak XV Networks - Bidding Manager - IT Hardware Vertical (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Experience of working in networking and Info Sec domain.
- Reviewing tenders and bids and evaluates the BID documents
- Preparing checklist, BOM, TCR, Costing sheet with concerned teams
- Preparing tender documents and submit in time for both online & offline Bids
- Maximise Bid submissions
- Preparing high quality tender documentation
- Follow up with customer for tender opening and other procedures
- Attending Pre bid meeting, negotiation meeting and meeting with officials if required
- Good knowledge of Tendering process.
- Prepare MIS reports and updates as and when required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in Government/PSU- Pre sales/Tender/Bidding will be an advantage.
