PCG Advisor - Sales - Bank (8-15 yrs)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sound understanding of financial markets, investment and wealth management products like IAP, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, and bonds.
- Ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling various financial products such as Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual Fund, PMS, and Insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with active participation in meetings and feedback sharing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
- Goal-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
