PC Solutions - Manager - Business Development - Solution Sales (4-12 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Pro -active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and follow up to lead to a proposal and business closure
2. Will be the primary owner of the opportunity Management Process - Prospect -Evaluate - Propose -Close - for IT Solutions and Services like On-Premise and Cloud Solutions ( Office 365 / Azure ), Public cloud, Virtualization, Mobility Solutions, Storage, Back up & Recovery, Messaging, Security, Software asset management, Cloud Licensing Solutions etc.
3. Manage proposal, pricing negotiations and closure process and responding to RFQ's in a timely manner.
4. Identify Accounts and opportunities to generate revenue and new Account acquisitions .
5. Customer sales pursuit: Develop customer sponsors; identify influencers and decision makers: create and present solution proposals
6. Developing new business relationships and generating new topline and bottom line revenue to achieve agreed business targets
7. Lead generation and appointment setting.
8. Presenting company profile and PC Solutions Portfolio for Services
9. A thorough understanding of clients objectives including their Return On Investment (ROI) objectives
10. Payment collection against sales made with in specified time.
Desired Skill Set:
1. Good Communication and Analytical skills
2. Strong relationship with Corporate clients in North ( Enterprise and SMB both ) with close relationship with CXO- S, IT Managers and Procurement teams
3. Strong relationship in IT Industry with OEM's like Microsoft, Citrix, HPE, Vmware, Adobe, Security OEM- s, Red hat etc.
4. Strong Account hold in at least 10 - 15 large corporate accounts in NCR region
5. Relevant experience in Sales and Business development
6. Solution Sales approach
