Job Brief :

PBOPlus is one of the largest privately held Indian Consulting Firm. At the center of our culture and belief systems lies a deep need to innovate and work on exponential growth ideas. In line with the culture, we have diversified in Specialized Automation and Build one of India's first industrial robot Prototype AJAI. The automation division is a passionate group of people that work only challenging and innovative tasks. We are looking to build a strong Sales team that can emulate and represent the PBO robotics and automation across varied sales channels in India and Abroad.

Responsibilities :

- Build a clear Sales Strategy to approach both direct customers and channel sales, partners.

- Execute that strategy across various platforms including Trade shows, Conferences, Direct Customers, References, etc.

- Work with the Marketing team to build relevant and specific content to help articulate our offerings.

- Engage and Adapt according to varied clients and make changes to the sales plan.

- Achieve Monthly targets in line with the Business need.

- Present Progress dashboard to Business leaders and help them and the team make better decisions.

- Most importantly get us into every shortlisted customer's mind and decision-making criteria.

- Define and implement strategies.

- Identify and establish partnerships.

- Perform market research and communicate the company values.

- Lead management, gaining experience with strategic and practical decision making.

- Monitoring team performance and helping them out to achieve their defined targets.

- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

- A keen focus on the sales process and CRM - systems, account management, tracking pipelines and reporting and ability to get team members to adhere to the process. Representing the company over various platforms like trade shows, Seminars, etc.

Required Skills :

- Has deep knowledge of Automation Projects, Understands CAD design, PLC programming, Mechanics, and electronics.


- Has been involved in Prospecting Automation and Robotics clients and made regular conversions as independently as possible.


- Has a network of Buyers in the manufacturing industry that can help support the transition.

- Location can be across India as far as traveling for conversion goes but Delhi NCR is where they will be seated

- The team needs to be passionate and really believe in the offering we have. The emphasis is on doing breakthrough work therefore the expectations are the same with the sales team.
